Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the OG DEALS website and purchases from Fendi Garments. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the store. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or other applicable Indian law.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract or use the store with the involvement of a parent or lawful guardian. You are responsible for accurate account and order information and for protecting your login credentials.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, sizes, colours, images, prices, stock, and other characteristics accurately. Screen displays and photography may cause minor colour differences. We may correct genuine errors before dispatch and will contact you if an error materially affects an order. Product availability is subject to stock confirmation.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown as required before order confirmation. Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, stock unavailability, an obvious pricing error, or a legal restriction, and will refund amounts collected for a cancelled order.

Order confirmation and cancellation

An order acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. An order may be cancelled by the customer until it has been packed. After packing or shipment, ordinary cancellation is unavailable, without affecting rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, spurious, deficient, misdescribed, or materially delayed products. Shipping and delivery

We aim to dispatch within four business days. Delivery timing depends on location and carrier operations. See our Shipping Policy for complete terms, including remedies required by law for material delay.

Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. We provide remedies required by applicable Indian consumer law and do not exclude liability for defective, deficient, spurious, incorrect, damaged, materially misdescribed, or unlawfully delayed goods.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or interfere with the service, impersonate another person, make fraudulent purchases, or use the store in violation of law or another person's rights.

Intellectual property

Store content owned by or licensed to Fendi Garments—including site text, design, graphics, and original images—may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law. Third-party brand names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party services

The store is powered by Shopify and may rely on payment, shipping, and other necessary service providers. Their services may be governed by additional terms. We remain responsible to consumers to the extent required by applicable law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so is prohibited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or mandatory consumer remedies.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-forum jurisdiction and other non-waivable rights, disputes will be subject to the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra. Customers may use remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms prospectively. The version applicable to an order is the version presented or available when the order was placed, except where a change is required by law.
