Shipping Policy

Order processing

We aim to dispatch orders within four business days after successful order confirmation and payment, unless a different dispatch period is stated on the product page or communicated to the customer. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays observed in Maharashtra.

Delivery estimates

Delivery time depends on the customer's location, serviceability, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in an order communication is an estimate unless expressly stated as guaranteed. We will provide available tracking information after dispatch.

Shipping address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable phone number. Please contact us before packing if an address correction is required. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, but we will provide reasonable assistance.

Delays and failed delivery

If dispatch or delivery is materially delayed, we will provide available updates and an appropriate remedy as required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. We will not refuse a refund where the law requires one for late delivery, except where a lawful force-majeure exception applies.

Damage, shortage, or wrong item

Please inspect the package promptly. Report visible damage, shortage, or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery where reasonably possible, with the order number and supporting photographs or video. See our Refund Policy for remedies. This reporting request does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
